Benjamin Victor’s original in-process clay

Benjamin Victor offered a preliminary peak of the in-process original clay of Gretchen Fraser, Olympic Ski Champion on March 24, 2016. Fundraisers wanted to give the public and competitors at the US Alpine Championships in Sun Valley an idea of what the Bald Mountain Rescue Fund for the Starting Gate Foundation is raising money for.

The goal is honoring all six Olympic champions who trained in Ketchum, Idaho, beginning with our nation’s first ever ski champion, male or female, Gretchen Fraser. She won the gold medal in the women’s slalom and a silver medal in the women’s combined event at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz, Switzerland, at the age of 29.
